Ingredients:

• 400 gr of breaded squid strips
• 160 gr of Anthotyro cheese
• 60 gr of mustard (olive oil and balsamic flavor)
• 24 ml of while balsamic vinegar
• 70 ml of olive oil
• 90 gr of mustard with mustard seeds

Fry the squids according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and when fried, dry them on an absorbent paper towel.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the food processor until it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.

Pour some sauce on the plate and tilt it to spread the sauce in its entire surface. Then serve the squids on top of the sauce.
