Ingredients:

• 400 gr of breaded squid strips
• 70 gr mix of fresh cream cheese, goat cheese and sun-dried tomato
• 70 gr of strained yogurt
• 100 ml of olive oil
• 25 ml of lemon juice
• 50 gr of mustard with mustard seeds
• 1 teaspoon of lemon zest

Fry the squids according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and when fried, dry them on an absorbent paper towel.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the food processor until it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.

Pour some sauce on the plate and tilt it to spread the sauce on the entire surface. Then serve the squid strips on top of the sauce.
