Ingredients:

• 400 gr of breaded squid strips
• 2 big roasted eggplants
• 1 chopped garlic
• 1/4 cup of chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons of tahini
• 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
• Salt and pepper

Roast the eggplants on the grill until softened. Then peel and chop them.

Place them in a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients.

Place the dip in the fridge for 10 minutes, so that all aromas are well blended and then serve.

In the meantime, fry the breaded squids according to the instructions of the package and serve them with the eggplant dip.
