Ingredients:

• 300 gr of breaded squids bites
• 100 gr of Katiki cheese from Domokos
• 30 gr of mustard savora
• 25 ml of white balsamic vinegar
• 100 ml of olive oil
• 20 gr of barbecue sauce

Fry the squids according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and when fried, dry them on an absorbent paper towel.

Put the rest of the ingredients in the food processor until it becomes a smooth creamy mixture.

Pour some sauce on the plate and tilt it to spread the sauce on the entire surface. Then place the squid strips on top of the sauce.
