In a stainless steel bowl, put the fresh cream cheese and the barbecue sauce. With a whisk beat the mix fast, gradually adding the lemon juice, the olive oil, the mint and the honey.
Add the liquids successively and slowly in order make the sauce more smooth.
Fry the fish sticks according to instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and drain them on an absorbent paper towel.
In the meantime, fry the potatoes in hot oil and place them on an absorbent paper towel.
Spread the sauce on a plate, place the fish sticks on top and the French fries on the side.
