Bake the fish sticks according to the instructions of the package.
Place the tortillas in a pan and on top place the baked fish sticks, the peppers, the garlic and the cheese.
Add the second tortilla on top and put them in the oven for approximately 15–20 minutes. In mid-time flip over the tortillas so they can be baked from both sides.
In the meantime, make the chili sauce, by mixing the chili sauce ingredients in a bowl.
When ready, cut into small triangles and serve them with the sauce.
