Ingredients:

• 10 Fish sticks
• 650 gr of peeled potatoes
• 400 gr of long grain rice
• 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped dill
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 20 gr of white balsamic vinegar
• 100 ml of olive oil
• 160 gr of chopped spring onions
• 40 gr of chopped red pepper

In a pan with boiling and slightly salted water, add the potatoes and cook for approximately 30 minutes.

Fry the fish sticks according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and drain them on an absorbent paper towel.

Cut the potatoes in small pieces and place all the ingredients -except from the fish sticks- in a stainless steel bowl and stir well.
