Ingredients:

• 15 Fish sticks
• 6 big potatoes boiled with their skin
• 1 baton of cream cheese
• 200 gr of butter
• 1 cup of crème fraîche
• White pepper and salt

For the sauce:

• Chopped tomato with basil and garlic
• Vinaigrette with balsamic vinegar

Boil the potatoes, peel them and put them in the blender, together with the butter, the cream cheese and the crème fraîche, until a purée is created.

In the meantime, fry the fish sticks or bake them in the oven, according to the instructions of the package.
Add a slice of lemon on the plate.
