In a pan with boiling water, add a little salt and then the peas.
In a deep pan, sauté the onion in olive oil and add the peas, the dill, the sun-dried tomato, the cherry tomatoes and the salt, stir well and remove from the heat.
Fry the fish sticks according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time to maintain the same oil temperature and drain them on an absorbent paper towel.

You may add some broth for a more intense flavor, but in case you do, reduce the salt.
