Ingredients:

• 15 Fish sticks
• 50 gr of carrots cut into thin, narrow strips
• 50 gr of zucchini cut into thin, narrow strips
• 30 ml of olive oil
• 100 gr of sliced tomatoes

For the blender:

• 1 jar of basil pesto (approximately 135 grams)
• 175 gr mix of fresh cream cheese, Feta cheese and cucumber
• 100 ml of water
• 1 tub of yogurt
• 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped basil
• 30 gr of barbecue sauce

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix in high speed to make a viscous sauce.

Fry the fish sticks according to the instructions of the package, adding them in the frying pan one at a time, maintaining the same oil temperature and drain them on an absorbent paper towel.

Spread the sauce on a plate, and add the fish sticks on one side and the mixed vegetables on the other.
