Take the shrimps out of the bag and place them in a strainer, over a deep bowl, to collect the thawing fluids.

Cover the bowl with a wet towel or a cling film and place it in the refrigerator. The shrimps are thawed after regaining their elasticity.

Thoroughly rinse the shrimps and let them drain in a strainer.

In a deep skillet add olive oil and sauté the onions with the peppers until soften. Add the broth, the basil, the chili pepper, the cherry tomatoes, salt and continue to sauté for approximately 2 more minutes. Last pour the balsamic vinegar.

Cut the Feta cheese into pieces with your hands and add it in to the pan.

Add the shrimps and season with salt. Stir gently and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.

Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

Escort the shrimp saganaki with rice or green salad.

You can replace the cherry tomatoes, with regular ones, cut into large pieces.
